It understands Indian tender documents
SahiBid knows which documents expire and how. Licences use the date printed on them. A solvency certificate is usually accepted for 6 months, a CA certificate for a year. A balance sheet goes out of date once the next year's audit is due.

Questions
Is this a government website?
No. SahiBid is a private software service. It is not connected with GeM, CPPP, NIC or any government department. Always check final tender details on the official portal.
How is my login protected?
Each person has their own login. Every time, you enter your password and a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone. After several wrong tries the account locks for 15 minutes, and the owner can see all logins.
Do I need to know computers well?
No. If you can attach a file to an email, you can use SahiBid. Everything is in simple screens with clear buttons.
What does it cost?
It is free during the pilot. We will tell you the monthly price before the pilot ends, and you can stop any time.
Where is my data stored?
In your own Google Drive, in a folder called SahiBid. It holds your documents and a register of everything SahiBid has read, which you can open like a spreadsheet. SahiBid keeps only your login details and a security log.
Can I upload a photo taken on my phone?
Yes. Photos and scanned PDFs are read too. A clear, straight photo gives the best result.
What if it reads a date wrongly?
Every document shows what was read. You can correct any detail in one click, and your correction is used everywhere.
Will it submit tenders for me?
No. You always sign and upload your bid on the portal yourself, with your own digital signature. SahiBid gets everything ready for you.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. Add your team with their own logins. Staff can be given view-only access.
