Draft for review by a lawyer before public launch. Fill in the highlighted parts.

1. Who we are

SahiBid is a software service owned and run by HUB-VR.COM (legal name [legal name as on GST certificate]), [registered address], CIN/GSTIN [number] ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your company ("you").

2. Not a government service

SahiBid is a private service. It is not a government website and is not owned, endorsed or run by the Government of India, any State Government, GeM, CPPP, NIC or any procuring organisation. Official tender documents, dates and rules are always those published on the official portal. If anything we show differs from the official portal, the official portal is correct.

3. What the service does

The service helps you prepare. It does not submit bids, does not hold or use your Digital Signature Certificate, and does not act as your agent before any procuring organisation.

4. Your responsibilities

5. No guarantee of results

We do not promise that you will qualify for, win, or be able to submit any tender. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of business, profit or opportunity.

6. Fees

The service is free during the pilot. Any fees, and applicable GST, will be shown before you are charged. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Your data

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Your documents remain yours. The company owner can delete the company account at any time from Settings.

8. Suspension

We may suspend an account that misuses the service, puts other users at risk, or breaks these terms or the law, and will tell you why where the law allows.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell the owner of each company account by email at least 15 days before important changes take effect.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [your city] have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Contact and grievances
